Unable to browse existing marks

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the staging url, https://markup.allizom.org/
2. Click on 'browse marks'

Acutal:
A 500 error is generated.

Expected:
The ability to browse marks.
Assignee: nobody → adam
This is most likely caused be migrations needing to be applied. 

Can someone at mozilla check this out?
Any update here? I can't help unless I get more info.
We re-ran the migration per bug 654214. 

I am now able to browse marks--matt--can you verify?
