654336 - Registering during AAQ generates error

If a new user registers during AAQ, they are able to fill in the details of their question after filling in user fields- which when submitted give the 'Access denied' error. 

1) user is not logged in
2) support-release.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new
3) enter new question
4) fill out registration fields for new user> submit
5) fill in question details> submit

expected: user sees message that they need to confirm their account
actual: access denied message
ex: https://support-release.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new?product=beta&category=b2&search=available+in+a+box&showform=1

I just tried this twice (second time I deleted all my cookies to be sure) and I was able to get to the "Fill in the details of your question." page both times.

I am not sure what happened. Try again maybe? If still happens, clear cookies then try? (I am hoping clearing cookies doesn't fix it)
