I have level 2 access. I've committed 688 changesets to the Tracemonkey repository over the past 2.5 years. Now I'd like to be able to push to mozilla-central. I already have two vouchers in bug 496227, though if I need new ones it shouldn't be hard to find some; CC'ing brendan and shaver. Thanks!

I'll vouch too, if that's even necessary. Can't really believe that njn doesn't have L3 :-) This should be ready for server ops.
