There are a bunch of minor differences between version 1.0.9 of Test Pilot that's in mozilla-central and bundled with Firefox, and version 1.1.1 of Test Pilot that's on AMO. Let's get rid of these minor differences in order to make cross-patching easier.

Patch to mozilla-central to make it identical to AMO version

The attached file is a patch to mozilla-central I made by copying all the files from TP 1.1.1 into my mozilla-central checkout and doing an hg diff. So it is an exact record of all the minor differences, from line breaks to comments to CSS tweaks, that make 1.0.9 differ from 1.1.1. If you apply this to mozilla-central than the only difference between the mozilla-central test pilot and the AMO test pilot will be that the former is called "Feedback" and has the dino icon.

Aurora drivers, I think we should take this so we can get the in-tree test pilot for Firefox 5.0 in sync with the version currently on AMO
