Frame Rate is horribly low when using panorama and the tab animations on x3100 with full hardware acceleration

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
run all animations and browser interface smoothly and not make users regret of turning on hardware acceleration on x3100 (because many still use that graphics processor) 

this site http://demos.hacks.mozilla.org/openweb/HWACCEL/    gives me 44 FPS  with HA "ON" so why cant the interface provide the same or more FPS?

I can't reproduce the issue on:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0a1) Gecko/20110508 Firefox/6.0a1

Can you please attach some screenshots of the issue and/or be more clear on the steps to reproduce? Thanks

Did you try reproducing it with x3100 gpu? Try forcing direct write. This bug is only valid if those criterion's are met. Unfortunately, I am not able to demonstrate this issue in a video and a screenshot doesn't help you notice lags in the UI.
