654780 - Can't delete Super Marks from Moderation

Logging in to moderation, I am not able to delete super user marks. 
Admins should be able to delete any marks. 

I realize this is because we can't flag super user marks within the normal view. Can we find another solution (even if its a hack)?

My struggle here is that either I'm able to do from the admin, or I have to ask IT to do it.

What happens if someone creates a mark and wants to delete it? Like if Mitchell wants to change her mark but we have 10 other marks we need to keep? I need to be able to do that quickly with out having to ask IT to do a clean slate every time.

This will be taken care of when we clean the database.

I'm going to drop this to milestone 1.1--this is not necessary to ship, and I think that what may have happened on the other stage site (markup-dev) was a fluke that randomly happened while trying to fix something else--I haven't been able to reproduce.
