After you submit a mark, it loads all of the marks in a long string and then scrolls to the end. There is sometimes a delay when it starts to draw your mark. There is no indication that you should wait until your mark is drawn. This delay also happens when you click "redraw" below.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create mark
2. Submit mark
3. Wait until it draws your mark (there is sometimes a moderate delay waiting for your mark to start drawing)

Actual Results:  
Delay

Expected Results:  
Some animated indication near the center of the page that says "Processing your mark...." while it is waiting to start drawing.
