Bootstrapping code initializes classes multiple times in some circumstances, film at 11. I'm neck-deep in changes to fix that (no bug filed yet), which should also fix this.

No longer reproducible - Resolving as WFM.
Test case now reports: "TypeError: can't prevent extensions on this proxy object"
