User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:5.0a2) Gecko/20110504 Firefox/5.0a2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:5.0a2) Gecko/20110504 Firefox/5.0a2
Switched from Aurora to Beta. Restarted. Click to switch from Beta to Aurora. Whilst process was on-going, visited a webpage (Personas home page) which threw up an NTLM authentication dialog. Firefox hangs.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch from Aurora to Beta update channel
2. Restart when prompted
3. Switch from Beta to Aurora update channel
4. Visit page where proxy throws up NTLM authentication dialog
Actual Results:
Firefox hangs. Dialog is unclickable, window cannot be moved. UI is unresponsive.
Expected Results:
Firefox doesn't hang.
Don't have time to reproduce in depth right now (in middle of work). Will investigate more later if required.
Forcibly terminating the process works and the channel switch runs successfully on the next start-up.
