Can you provide a URL that exhibits the issue or attach an screen capture of your problem, please?

Please run a reputable virus scanner (not Norton) such as malwarebytes on your computer. you may be infected with a fake antivirus. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, have it cleaned by a local professional.
