splash screen shows "registering components", then "registering components
failed", then Type one error. Removing "Component Registry" file let it get to
a Type two error. Removing the "Mozilla Preferences" file let it run - and I am
using it to submit this bug...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install on My Mac with MacOS 9.1
2.Double Click the Mozilla icon.
3.Watch it BLOW!
Actual Results: Type 1 error...
Expected Results: Started up...
As noted, removing the Mozilla Preferences fixes it...
i presume you had a previous mozilla (0.6?) and didn't read the relnotes.
if removing prefs and component registry fix it then we're sorry you had to
follow directions.
