Per bug 653166 comment 3, on the last page of the quiz, it's not possible to activate the "Get my results". A user can tab to it, but the user cannot activate it using the keyboard. It'll always activate the "Go back" link.

Let's make it possible to activate this link from the keyboard.

Changed it to a proper form, with JS validation on submit, and changed the "Get my results" button to a proper submit button. Should address this
