In bug 253317, there's a new dir, but that's not part of toolkit/toolkit-makefiles.sh like the rest of intl, and thus l10n repacks don't generate a makefile there and burn.

Landed http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/241ad00dc381. Gonna resolve once it builds and we can retrigger nightlies.
