Implementing part (2) of Bug 541151 comment #7 can fix this, but given that it is a lot of work, it would be useful to fix this first, separately.

If you look at the Item History section in this page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/editors/review/1234036?num=7, there's a review from reviewer Gryllida on May 6th, 2011. He only approved the Linux version, but that is not reflected in the item history. While it's still possible to figure out what happened by looking at the file statuses below, it'd b best if the history indicated which file was reviewed.
