Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
Build Identifier: Nightly x86_64. Effective 5/6/2011. firefox-6.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64

The nightly version isn't able to start since nearly a week. First I thought it is fixed with the next update, but is doesn't.
I try to start and nothing (visual) is happening. The Windows-task-manager says, that it uses till 2840K memory and 2144 E/A-Bytes reading (Always the same), freeze and disappear. Then sometimes a message that Nightly crash comes from the OS. The dump file says something about missing permissions, but I don't know exactly(I uploaded it if you can do something with it). I tired also in safe-mode with the same result. I reinstall without deleting the user-data and also with deleting (of cause I made a backup).. same result. Firewall and anti-virus are turned off. Running as administrator with the same result.
I don't have the exactly Version number, because I can't start and don't know where to find else. But I downloaded it today for reinstall (firefox-6.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64.installer.exe).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox

Actual Results:
Nothing (visual) happens.

Expected Results:
Nightly starts.
