Copy/pasting cells with key shortcuts work only once in Google Docs Spreadsheet. The first time it works fine, when trying again it copies again the first cell.
When using google docs menu instead of the keyboard: Edit - copy and Edit - paste, it works fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to docs.google.com, create a new spreadsheet
2.write data two different cells
3.copy one cell, paste it into an empty cell
4.copy the second cell, paste it into another empty cell
Actual Results:
the content of the first cell that was copied is pasted on the empty cell
Expected Results:
the content of the second cell that was copied should be pasted on the empty cell

This is WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 ID:20110413222027
Is your Issue reproducible without Extensions in Safe-Mode and/or using a new Profile?
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles#Creating_a_profile
Version: unspecified → 4.0 Branch
Yes, just tried the following cases, the issue was reproduced in all of them:
-current profile, safe mode with Extensions disabled
-new profile, safe mode with Extensions disabled
-new profile fresh start (no safe mode)

I am using Safari 5.05 on a Mac and cannot copy more than once from a googledoc
In case it helps anyone, I've found a workaround for this bug.
1.go to docs.google.com, create a new spreadsheet
2.write data two different cells
3.copy one cell, paste it into an empty cell
4.workaround: double click any cell (or press enter in any cell) to start cell editing mode, then press enter to quit edit mode
5.copy the second cell, paste it into another empty cell
Now it will indeed paste the correct content, I do it with the keyboard and after a couple of times I've got so used to it I don't notice it anymore. Hope this helps

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:7.0a1) Gecko/20110621 Firefox/7.0a1
I just tried reproducing this using the steps from Comment 0 and everything works as expected - the two cells are both copied and pasted.
This is WFM so far.
Please try it on the latest Fx5 release and see whether it has the same behavior.
Hi George, just tried with Firefox 5.0 and the described behavior persists..

Can you try to reproduce it on the latest Firefox Nightly build? You can find it here:

I cannot reproduce this on the Nightly (2016-02-17) for Windows and Linux.
Could you still reproduce this on the latest Nightly?
