Am still able to do this using Safari, so think issue is with Firefox upgrade. Did Software Update and it says my software is up to date, thinking it may be a Java upgrade issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log on to www.gotomypc.com 2. Connect to Host PC 3. black screen appears. Refresh page and gray box appears but it is plain gray box, not able to enter password into box that usually appears under instructions. Actual Results: Nothing, page with gray box is all I get Expected Results: Password should be allowed to be entered and then my work PC appears to log on.
Summary: Not able to establish connection to Host PC → Not able to establish connection to Host PC on www.gotomypc.com
GoToMyPC had an software update and once completed, was able to use on Firefox again.
