Details
The kbforums templates check for the permission "edit_post" instead of "change_post" which is wrong. They also check for "edit_thread." Fixing both.

Users or groups with the 'kbforums | change_post' and 'kbforums | change_thread' permissions should how see 'edit' buttons along with the other moderator actions on kbforums.
