Aurora Branch: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv71; rv5.0a2) Gecko/20110509 Firefox/5.0a2 Fennec/5.0a2 Device: Thunderbolt OS: Android 2.2 1. Use swiftkey 2. launch fennec 3. go to about:config 4. type in "browser.tabs" (hit delete key after the period) Expected: no flickering (used a different VKB and no flickering occurs) Actual: flickering of the terms and caret (looks like a redraw of the search magnifying glass and the x clear icon)
does not seem to occur in nightly trunk, nightly has a different behavior.
