Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open enough tabs to fulfill the tab bar
2. Move one tab to New Group
3. Repeatedly close some tabs from the middle with mouse
4. Switch to the new group with Ctrl+`
5. Move mouse out of the tab bar 
6. Switch back with Ctrl+`


Actual Results:  
The remaining tabs don't resize

Expected Results:  
The remaining tabs should resize

It seems not working to call _unlockTabSizing() in showOnlyTheseTabs. _hasTabTempMaxWidth has been false when swiching back.

Yes, this bug depends on fixing the callers of showOnlyTheseTabs first (or having a function in tabbrowser.xml that is called exactly then tab groups are toggled) and then addressing this problem.

But there is a request to bring it back per Bug 1509350 - Provide tab groups (panorama)
