As long as I know, libjpeg-turbo is wxWindows Library Licence, Version 3.1. (Google Chrome shows as it in about:credits). But there is no this notice into about:license. Should we add libjpeg-turbo license to it? Now there is only libjpeg license (This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group.) in it.
We didn't add the wxWindows-licensed code. AIUI, the rest of the code falls under libjpeg's BSD-style license. See http://libjpeg-turbo.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/libjpeg-turbo/tags/1.1.0/README-turbo.txt?revision=607&view=markup and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=573948#c6
As jlebar says, as far as I know we aren't using any WxWindows-licensed code. Gerv
