Device: Thunderbolt
OS: Android 2.2
1. Use swiftkey
2. launch fennec
3. go to about:config
4. try to type in "browser.tabs"
Expected: space happens after the ., hitting delete and typing tabs will allow you to have "browser.tabs"
Actual: deleting the space also deletes the period.

Further to the above problem description. I would like to add some additional information.
On "Firefox Beta" via the android market (version 8) with swiftkey x Installed (latest version) every time I go to about:config and search for any variable the system gets into a loop where it's impossible to search, add query any other variables. I will need to hit back several times to break back to the previous screen. If I then go back into about:config and search again the problem repeats itself.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Download Firefox Beta from the android market (version 8 at this point).
2. Load firefox
3. in the url bar type "about:config"
4. in the search bar type "sync"
5. Loop appears.
Platform Information.
OS: Android 2.3.7
Phone : HTC Desire HD (Using Cyanogenmod 7.1)
Plugins : Ad Block Plus.
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv7l; rv:8.0) Gecko/20111011 Firefox/8.0 Fennec/8.0
I was trying to set a custom sync url for our corporate weave server.
