Clicking on the PDF attachment in mail and selecting "OPEN" tries to start
Acrobat, memory is allocated, but Acrobat window never shows and memory is
relased after a while and nothing happens

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Attach a PDF file to mail and try to open it instead of saving

Actual Results:  some disk activity happens, but nothing visible

Expected Results:  Acrobat opens up with the attachment or another window pops
up with option to select application for opening the PDF attachment
