Latest CCK Wizard UI

1. Launch CCK Wizard
2. Proceed to the "Customizing the Netscape Browser - Part
Three"(customize_page3.ini)
3. View text

Results:
"Create the following icons in the Start Menu:"
This text needs to be changed to "Create the following icons in the Start Menu
Program Folder:"
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M8
Reality check.  Major work on CCK won't happen until profile manager is done.
Moving these to M10 as a group.  Feel free to bring them in if possible :-)
Fix checked in today. Also fixed related bug 7162.
