"Enter a valid date." errors can not be distinguished from each other

If i enter 2 invalid dates, two "Enter a valid date." errors are displayed. But if i enter only one invalid date, just an "Enter a valid date." error is displayed. This is confusing as there is no indication to which of the dates is invalid. The error messages should be "Enter a valid start date." and "Enter a valid end date."
I'd like to add that for automation we would like to be able to individually locate these error messages. At the moment there is no way to link the message to the input box, there's just either one error or two.
