The geoip block editor wants 32-bit integers for IP addresses isntead of allowing dotted quads. This makes it really hard for the average person to edit them since your average calculator doesn't have an aton function and you wind up having to write a shell script to convert it for you :|

After submitting this with 1873281024 - 1873346559, I get this: 'The IP Block "111.168.0.0 -- 111.168.255.255" was added successfully.' So it can change it for the output, but not for the input... backwards! :)
