steps to reproduce:
1. Notice the 'featured extensions' island @ https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/i/
expected behavior:
Both 'Featured' and 'Up & Coming' islands have similar dimensions
observed behavior:
add-on grid for 'Featured' island has the dimensions 510x409 which results in a lot of blank space whereas add-on grid for 'Up & Coming' island is 510x 199 and looks fine.
