Right now the warning says something like "content/findinnumbers.css does not exist in file 48935."  I'm suggesting we make that "$file does not exist in the older version" or "...the newer version".  Even if that is just comparing which number is bigger.  What do you think?
I like that. Thinking I really should just show a whole pile of + or - instead though.

I like that even better, too!
Also, we need to think of a way to show deleted files in the file differ.
Target Milestone: Q2 2011 → 6.0.11
Deleted files are show in a second tree (if present) below the first tree.
