Per Bug#655758 Comment#7, can we verify

1) migration 0012 ran on stage
2) we can successfully run ./manage.py generate_invites 10 c on stage

If those are true, then
3) Have Matt the DBA verify the changes

If we regressed, then:
I'll revert migration 12. It is not a blocker for release AFAIK.
