What is the URL of the page that makes Firefox issues that message? Which settings do you have in Tools/Options/General/Startup? Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

This error usually happens whenever a page is trying to resend form data. Does this happen in any other browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox Nightly?)

Can you verify if this happens in the lastest Firefox Nightly: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/
