1. When I open Firefox, I get this pop-up.
2. It shows up often.

Actual Results:  
The pop-up comes back all the time.

Expected Results:  
This pop-up should not appear.

What is the URL of the page that makes Firefox issues that message?

Which settings do you have in Tools/Options/General/Startup?

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?

This error usually happens whenever a page is trying to resend form data. Does this happen in any other browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox Nightly?)
