This may be caused by bug 513006.  After this bug is landed, this randam orrange may occur.  But Ventron says, "i don't see how my code could cause random orange, they were quite trivial fixes".

Something has changed here.  This seems to have become perma-orange on Linux.

This was definitely caused by bug 513006.  I'm going to mark it as FIXED now that bug 513006 is backed out, but this should be investigated the next time that we want to land bug 513006.
