crash-stats.mozilla.com does not find any crashes for Fennec 4.0.1 after about 2011-04-29 at 15:00.  For example:

This is an error on our parts. 

When we rolled out
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=653602
we seem to have started rejecting Fennec crashes.  (All of them, between 4/29 and 5/9 - see the graphs?)

When we rolled out 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=655838
we re-enabled 100% throttling for non-final builds.

Spinning up a patch to fix this immediately.

this will work

we ought to figure out if all products use the ReleaseChannel system and rework throttling to do that.

They might, but I think we still want to process 100% of Fennec 'release' crashes, since Fennec has a much smaller user base.

Having examined the history of throttling, by the way, I think we've been ignoring all final version Fennec crashes since it came out of beta.  Crashes were only getting processed as a side effect of being alphas or betas by version.
