And no PGO or --enable-stdcxx-compat.
They could also remove
ac_add_options --enable-update-channel=nightly
ac_add_options --enable-update-packaging
since they later set
ac_add_options --disable-updater

I'm sure jhford can pick this up once he's done with porting the mobile factories to MercurialBuildFactory.

Update mozconfigs for rpm builds. I am also renaming the packages to more descriptive strings.
