Markup continues drawing even after I've released mousebutton, if I release mousebutton outside its canvas area

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Visit Markup. Click & drag to begin drawing something. 2. Move mouse cursor outside of the canvas area (e.g. over the black bar at the top of the page). 3. Release mouse button. 4. Move cursor back over the canvas area ACTUAL RESULTS: Markup keeps drawing stuff wherever I move mouse cursor, even though the mousebutton isn't down! It continues until the next time I click.
