As part of bug 604688, we should move buildapi to the public vhost
 buildapi.pub.build.mozilla.org
with whatever authentication is required.  Since this is currently proxied to cruncher, this should be a relatively straightforward move.
I'll work on this as an example for how the other vhosts can be handled.
