Requirements/Spec: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozillians/Releases/1.0/Roles Registered users are either vouched or not vouched and are able to perform actions based on their privilege afforded by the value in their "vouched?" user attribute.
This is implemented. Vouched users shows the display name of their voucher.
