User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 I have used the Plugin Checker to see if my plugins are up to date. It says Plugin Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U24 and Java Deployment Toolkit 6.0.240.7 are not up to date. I have updated both of them and restarted the Plugin Checker and it says they are not updated. But I have because Java says both of the plugins are updated, I believe this is causing problems with FireFox. Sometimes Firefox freezes or does not preform correctly. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run plugin checker 2. Plugin in checker says both Java plugins aren't up to date 3. Plugins are updated but Plugin Checker says they aren't Steps to make Firefox freeze or not preform correctly. 1. Run multiple tabs 2. Sometimes Firefox will freeze time to time. 3. Firefox crashes or won't respond forcing to shut down the broswer Actual Results: Last time I preform the steps it happened, which was a few days ago. Expected Results: Preform correctly and be able to handle multiple tabs.

The plugin checker doesn't cause these type of problems. Most likely you have multiple versions of Java installed. Try going to your Windows Control Panel -> Programs and Features and uninstall everything that mentions "Java". Then go and install only the latest version of Java.

Ok, that solved the Plugin Checker problem, thank you. But what could of caused Firefox to freeze time to time? Sometimes even things get slow. I never had such problems with Firefox before.
