Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
How about with a new, empty profile?
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
Do you have the Ask.com toolbar installed? If so, this is likely a duplicate of bug 592258.

Closing this as resvoled:worksforme, the calendar is displayed both in the sidebar and in full display on Yahoo.com. This issue is also very old and yahoo.com is definitely not the same as it used to be, so this issue is outdated.
