We don't have IRC channels for Brazilians yet.

I'm helping to organize the local community here and I would like to request the creation of #mozilla-br, #firefox-br and #developers-br channels.

So, we will need the creation and publication of that channels in the official site. In the next step we will spread that channels through a local press release and in our blogs, twitter and portal mozillabrasil.org.br

My IRC user is RodrigoPadula to be added as operator.

I've created all IRC rooms needed and I've added all chat rooms to the IRC wiki page.
