The body message of certain emails I receive is missing. It seems to be always the same senders. Most of the emails are OK.

Over pop ? over imap ?
Does rebuilding the index of your inbox solves the issue ?
Do you have a download on demand preference set ?

So answers are pop. Rebuilding doesn't help.
In server settings is Fetch headers only selected ?
