Clicked "Send" - gmail then showed "sending..." 2. It was taking a while (bad network or smth), so I unplugged the wireless USB from my desktop 3. Boom! Stack overflow!
and there's the fun part where I lost my entire email - shouldn't that have been restored after restarting?

This looks like bug 630697 but that one should be fixed in FF4.0

"Closing as INCOMPLETE because reporter provided no feedback to the question asked in a previous comment" would be helpful at least, plus maybe "please reopen if you can answer the question and if this still happens in a recent, supported version".
