The button does not respond with dialog box. All other applikations work fine, except Thunderbird. Problem exists even under 3.1.9 Windows7 Kyocera Drivers KM-3900-DN Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. open EMail 2. file print 3. print 4. try to open properties Actual Results: dialog does not respond, button flickers a very little bit Expected Results: printers properties dialog should apper to choose the used tray or other settings I am not clear what severity I should choose, printing is a fundamental feature that needs to work. All other installed applikations work fine and does not show the same behaviour.

does it work in -safe-mode (see http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe-Mode) ? and it works in firefox too ?

Soory did'nt have the time, too much work...and it's at my customers side The Problem still exists on e view PC, but not under Firfox!! Only the very first time you choose the printer properties its works. Then you need to restart Thunderbird to get it work again. delete profile delete everything- reinstall change printer driver user mode / admin mode / safe mode no other applikation has this problem, even seabbird works. Next thing to do is reinstall Win7 if you don't want me to test something.

This began happening today on my Firefox, as described above. OK on all other programs, just not Firefox. I am not very technical but it does not appear to be 620806 to me (where the 'Properties' box still comes up, but the job does not print). This is the opposite: the job prints, but the 'Properties' box does not come up.
