User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110420 Firefox/3.6.17 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/Firefox/4.0.1 Firefox 4.0.1 - I can not access Help/Troubleshooting or Feedback because the window is covered with a frame of video (stopped) recently played; other tabs not visible because of this overlay. I can delete tabs, including the offending video site http://d.yimg.com/kq/groups/7769081/124862335/name/Tornado1.wmv, but the video frame persists. This has happened once before, unknown site. Only solution seems to be to quit Firefox. I consider this critical because I have tabs open with pending activities, now I'll have to spend time getting to same state. Reproducible: Sometimes Expected Results: let me see other tabs I would have liked to send a screen-shot can't send stack trace etc because FF4 is not useable; reporting from FF3

Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode: http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it) http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
Reporter, do you have anything new to add about this issue?
