SVG inline in HTML has event/painting issues with HTML text. See

Selecting some of the text outside the circle causes the text to overlap the circle.

Clicking and dragging on the circle where the text would be causes the text to be selected, but the circle should be catching the events and preventing that.

Seems OK now.
