Details
Not sure this is a PSM bug, could be a more general Mozilla browser bug.
Installed Mozilla 0.7 (20010109) on NT 4.0 SP6
Installed iPlanet Certificate Management System (CMS) 4.2 with SP2 on Solaris
Applied for first Agent certificate, for example "https://machine:8100".
Browser hangs and must be killed using task manager, shows 99% CPU.
Started browser again and found that certificate was imported and is usable to
access the CMS Agent pages.

Try it with today's build. It seems to be working now.

I reinstalled with today's build (20010117) and it worked correctly.
I read the Mozilla 0.7 Release Notes on installation, which indicated that any
existing psm.exe should be deleted (Bug 54637), which I did find one and deleted
one before installing the new build of Mozilla. Don't know if this had anything
to do with the problem.
Anyway, the Agent certificate was retrieved with no browser hanging.
I'm marking as Resolved Fixed, but possibly is duplicate of Bug 54637.
