psm-glue.js needs to be removed from build.

FROM EMAIL:

It appears that the security-prefs.js under netwerk should still be
there. When this file was moved out of psm-glue (to remove dependencies
on the extensions by the main mozilla build) the build scripts were not
modified to not install psm-glue.js out of the psm-glue directory.

Marking works for me. The file psm-glue.js does not appear to be part of the
trunk builds.
