The left sidebar sections after "Locale" clear below the "Latest Feedback" section on the main dashboard. The should float to the left along with the search options.

Expected result: all sidebar sections float to the left.

Actual result: some sidebar sections clear below most of the page.

Actually, looking at the HTML and such, it's clear those divs are supposed to be on the right side of the screen. With that in mind, here's a fix:

Pushed to master; should be on staging by now.

QA verified. Resizing the browser window causes the components on the page to  re-size instead of wrapping to the bottom of the browser.
