According to the discussion at https://forums.mozilla.org/addons/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3105, the developer is getting a duplicate UUID error when trying to upload his add-on, and has no way to access it. It also seems that the listing is inaccessible from the admin tools. It looks like we need the ID to be removed manually from the DB. According to the dev: UUID: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org (I've tried to add it many times with these two UUIDs) Name: Coleos AdPanel (coleosadpanel) Please liberate both IDs so that it is possible to upload the add-on again.

I don't know why this guid is already taken, but it's not a big deal. He can make up a new random string and no one will know the difference.

Developers do care about the UUID they use, even if they are hidden from users. Sometimes they have already distributed the add-on outside of AMO and want those users to upgrade to AMO approved version later. I have contacted the developer and sent him the link to complete the listing with id 301878. If he can complete it, we can close this bug. Otherwise that record should be removed so he can upload again with the same id.

The developer wasn't able to complete the add-on with the link I sent him. I need the UUID on comment #1 cleared so the dev can upload again.

Can you tell him to go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/coleos-adpanel/submit/5 and finish it? I don't know what "cleared" means, but it sounds like the easiest thing here is just to finish what he started.
I did, and he said he got a blank page. Clear it out means "delete". So, delete add-on 301878.
