I've been receiving reports from our reviewers that they are seeing Personas in the queue that have no header and footer images. When approved, these Personas don't seem to actually appear on the site (I approved one to test). Here's an example of a failed upload that appeared in the queue today: Internal ID: 406645 Name: Shaolin User: Raven2099 (Raven2099) https://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/406645 This is the one I approved, and it shows as approved on the dashboard, but isn't appearing on the site (and it had no associated images). Not sure what's going on there.
I did manage to get the Persona to load on the website, but it is missing header and footer images. There have been several Personas like this over the past little while -- I don't have an exact date when this started happening, unfortunately.
This is caused by reviewing an already reviewed persona. It will be fixed by Bug 652028 which is in progress.
