We need to be able to filter all types of environment-linked objects (so cycles, runs, suites, cases, includedtestcases, assignments, and results) based on the environments they contain.

Ideally, we'd be able to filter based on environmentId, and it would return objects whose environment profile contains any groups that contain that environment.

(To be clear, this is still per-resource-type filtering, not a new cross-type search feature. Just that filtering by environment would be available on all of those listed resource types).

Added ability to search all profiles dependable entities by included environment in addition to a regular search.

This includes Products, Test Case Versions, Test Suites, Test Plans, Test Cycles, Test Runs, Assignments, Test Suite/Test Run Included Test Cases, Test Results.
